Cheryl - how to make each room more functional especially the kitchen and laundry room , I looked at ideas I found on Pinterest and then helped incorporate into our new design. How to decide on colors and then furniture wanted to have things updated but did not want to go all modern , we wanted timeless.

What problem did Established Design Co. solve for you?

Troy -personal recommendations, I contacted one of his former clients to see how they liked his work.

Cheryl - I was looking for a local designer and actually contacted several friends to see who they used for their projects. Lots of the designers in our area were not taking on new clients. I had read an article in the Gainesville Times about Established Design opening up their store and Neil's design experience. I decided to stop by the store and talked with Lynn and then she called Neil. They then set up a time to come see the project. 

What made you choose us?

Troy - when decisions needed to be made in a timely manner he was responsive to those deadlines.

Cheryl - the entire project was great, Neil was a great liaison between us , the builder and the contractors . He was constantly checking on the progress and would not hesitate to correct any vision that was not coming out as expected.

Can you describe a time when services went above and beyond your expectations

Harrison - the furniture , the hardware and lighting, especially the dining room and bathroom.

Troy - Communication , well at communicating the timeline with the owners 

Cheryl - The dining room and master bathroom although it is really hard as each room has my favorites.
